It's time to dig, set, spike and play Maitland!
Entry is via the stairs or ramp on Pierce Street, opposite the carpark and cricket nets.

Maitland
Mixed recreational competition
Adults it's your turn to hit the court with friends and play a round robin competition season, with prizes for the finalists. Nominate as an individual or nominate your Mixed team (minimum 8 players, with 2 women on court at all times).
As well as competing, everyone will get to learn how to referee a game, score, and be a linesperson for the full experience of being a volleyballer.
Winter 2025
The Winter competition featured six teams and saw some epic on-court battles play out as the season progressed! Congrats to the Sandfrogs for taking the Championship!
Current/future competition:
12 week Mixed Comp (Maitland HS) 4th Mar - 3rd Jun
Come along to our new players social games & registration night 4th March between 6.30-9.30pm.
Register as an Individual today, to be placed into a Team, for the competition starting 18th March.
Team Fees for the competition will be divided amongst players placed in those teams.
14 week Mixed Comp (Maitland HS) 10th Jun - 23rd Sep

Winter 2025
The Maitland Women's Social Competition started in July and ran through to 22nd September! It was an awesome gathering of fun and social women and we cannot wait to do it all again in 2026!

Current/future competition:
14 Week Women's B/C Competition will run 10th June to 23rd September.
This is a great opportunity to meet new volleyball friends, build skills and confidence!
Team registrations will open in April!

Junior U18 Volleyball
Let's get the Maitland juniors spiking!
In 2025 we trialled our Triple Ball format for the 16U juniors learning to play for the first time.
Current/future competition:
Start the new year with our Ready Set Spike! program for kids aged 11-15 years. We'll be offering two separate groups (up to 20 per group):
- 13 and Under (born 2013-2015)
- 15 and Under (born 2010-2012)
Both programs start with a free Come & Try night on 2nd February to check it out before the 8 week programs begin on the 9th February.
